Okay, I just want to state this disclaimer about the Mad Dog Margarita: I know The Chili Parlor Bar in Austin, Texas serves a margarita by the same name (Guy Clark song, yada, yada); this recipe is NOT for that margarita.
- 1 part gold tequila
- 4 parts margarita mix
- A splash of bourbon whiskey
- Combine ice, tequila, and margarita mix. Blend or leave on the rocks.
- Add the splash of bourbon to the top, stir in as you desire.
