Ingredients:
- 2 cans – garbanzo beans
- 1 or 2 tablespoons – capers
- 1 cup – Just Mayo, or add as needed
- 4 – green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon – kelp powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon – Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon – soy sauce
Directions:
- Mash garbanzo beans in a bowl.
- Add veganase, capers, onions, kelp powder, mustard, and soy sauce.
- Mix together.
Serve chilled on crackers or in sandwiches. You can also try making tuna melts.
