Ingredients:
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup rinsed canned red kidney beans
- 1 cup rinsed canned garbanzo beans
- 1 pack of (Ives) vegan ham slices cut into strips
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2-3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 6oz can of sliced black olives
- Italian dressing
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in salad bowl and toss.
