Vegetarian Antipasto Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup rinsed canned red kidney beans
  • 1 cup rinsed canned garbanzo beans
  • 1 pack of (Ives) vegan ham slices cut into strips
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2-3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 6oz can of sliced black olives
  • Italian dressing

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in salad bowl and toss.
